Shipping Policy

We ship within the United States only and do not offer international shipping.

Orders are roasted fresh, only after you order, and typically ship within 2–5 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Local Delivery: We offer local delivery within approximately 10 miles of Litchfield Park, AZ. Delivery is free on orders of $18 or more; a $3 delivery fee applies to orders under $18. If you're in the area, select local delivery at checkout and we'll be in touch to arrange a convenient time and meetup location.

We take great care in packaging every order to ensure your coffee arrives fresh and intact. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@novelbean.com.
