Colombia has been producing exceptional coffee for generations, and this Supremo-grade lot is a textbook example of why. Sourced from small, family-owned farms across Colombia's premier growing regions — Huila, Tolima, Cauca, Antioquia, and Nariño — it's an intentional multi-origin blend designed to deliver the clean, balanced, classic Colombian cup that made this origin famous. "Supremo" is Colombia's highest export grade, a size classification meaning larger beans that roast more evenly and consistently.
Roasted to order in Arizona, this is an approachable, versatile coffee that rewards exploration across roast levels. At medium roast, expect low acidity, a smooth mouthfeel, and a broad flavor profile of toasted walnut, cedar, caramel, and a clean chocolaty finish. Toward a darker roast the cup turns richer — bittersweet chocolate, dark fruit, and a thicker body well-suited to espresso. Lighter roasts bring out brighter citrus and floral notes. However you brew it, the finish is clean with a mild nutty aftertaste that lingers pleasantly.
