Roaster's Choice

If you don't know what you want, you just want some good coffee, try this. If you don't know all the trivia about coffee beans, how to grind them, how to properly prepare them, what special filters to use, or what kind of water you should be using, and you don't want to know all that, try this. My passion is to show everyone how much better coffee can be if you just use it when it is fresh roasted. Maybe you just want to get good coffee and get on with your life. That's okay. Try this, and you will get whatever I choose to send. It will likely be whatever I'm already roasting that day. This won't be a blend, or the leftovers. It will be a bag of one of the coffees I'm currently selling. If you want to specify a preferred roast level, you will get something that works in that level.
